Today is Australia’s ‘RU OK?’ day, and it is a great time to stop and check-in with the people around you, and ask them, ‘are you okay?’ R U OK? Day is an annual event in Australia, held on the second Thursday of September, dedicated to promoting mental health and wellbeing. More
