IB Visual Art Exhibition

Congratulations to all the IB Visual Art students on their wonderful showcase. It was truly remarkable to see it all come together at the end. Seriously amazing.  

Final Chapel and Morning Tea      

Yr 12 enjoyed their final Redlands Chapel Service which was followed up by a lovely morning tea.

Yr 12 Activities Day

An inflatable Ninja Warrior course, gourmet food truck and games including Touch, Soccer, Frisbee and others culminated in a Year Group game of Bull Rush, with School Captains James Reid and Isabel Simpson starting ‘in’.

It was a beautiful day with the sun shining and Tutors, Sports staff, Deans and members of the School Executive joined the students in the activities and celebration. To cap the day off there were prizes for best dressed costumes with the overall winners being Tasman Banks for her elaborate couture outfit and Jiuzhen He for his superb rendition of the perfect uniform.

Overall, it was a great day and students and staff alike thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to gather together and celebrate the Class of 2020. Thank you to all students for their enthusiasm and participation in the day.

Holiday Study 

The Roseby Library and Level 3 of the New Learning Hub will be open every weekday during the holidays, except Monday 5 October, the Public Holiday. They will be open from 9.00am until 3.00pm. 

The Library will be available for silent study and for timed exam practice. If you wish to do a practice exam under timed conditions make sure you arrive at the library by 9.30am. They will have hard copy exams and some electronic copies which they will print for you. Alternatively, you can print one at home and bring it with you. Practice exams will start at 10.00am. Once complete, the Library staff will scan them and email them to your teacher.

There will also be some workshops held during the holiday. These will be held on Level 3 of the New Learning Hub. Level 3 will also be available for quiet private study between 9.00sm and 3.00pm. Unless specifically stated on the study timetables, other rooms and areas will not be open at this time.

All students are required to sign in and out at the Secondary School office and have a temperature check. It is important to note that part way through the break, the location of the office will shift from its current location to the new Student Services Centre next to the Music Centre.
