Year 12

A Wonderful Athletics Carnival

Tuesday turned to be a perfect day for the last Athletics Carnival for our Yr 12 boys and girls. It was great to see students competing in a spectrum of events against other students in their age group. Many students took the opportunity to dress up, adding colour, fun and extra school spirit to the event. But it wasn’t just about having fun, there was serious competition taking place, as students went head to head to win races and beat each other’s distances, such as Cameron vs Wilf during the Champions of Champions. Undoubtedly, the highlight of day was the Yr 12 Novelty Race, receiving the most cheers and laughs.

All students are to be congratulated on their accomplishments and magnificent efforts throughout the day. Thank you for your positive attitude, sportsmanship,  House spirit and school pride.

Yr 12 HSC English Excursion

All Yr 12 HSC students had an excursion to Sydney University earlier this week. They were well behaved, appreciative and scribbled many notes with great focus. The accompanying staff were so proud of our students for representing Redlands so well. What a great way to end the term on such a high!

Formal

Just a reminder to print off the Formal ticket. The confirmation is not enough to allow entry.

End of Term 2

It has been a very busy Term 2 for Yr 12s, culminating in the Formal this Friday night. Ms Shorter and I would like to congratulate Yr 12s on another successful term. We hope they enjoy the Formal and are productive over the break and also take the time to have a rest.

Trial Examinations

Trial Examination timetables have been distributed to HSC and IB students. Timetables are also available on iLearn. Exams will again be held at Norths. All students are to make their own way to the venue, as no school bus will be provided for Trials. All students are encouraged to plan their time for the upcoming break to ensure an adequate balance of study, rest and recuperation.
