Year 12 HSC & IB Student Information Session and Breakfast

All Yr 12 students are invited to breakfast on Friday at 8am followed by an HSC & IB Information Session. This is a chance for the entire cohort to come together and receive important information and key advice for the year ahead. We look forward to seeing all students for a prompt start at 8:20am.

Legacy Gift Team Morning Tea

Tomorrow morning kickstarts the planning for the 2024 Legacy Gift team with a morning tea and information session along with planning time for students who have expressed interest in being involved in this special opportunity. The Legacy Gift team will be leading the planning, organising and fundraising contributing to a means-tested scholarship and another gift of their choice that they find meaningful to them and the school. This gift is a way for students to give back to the Redlands community and to support opportunities for future Redlands students. This event takes place immediately following the HSC & IB Information Session and Breakfast. 30 students have put their hand up to lead the planning and to be the representatives for their peers in this process. Thank you to the Canteen staff, Property Services and the Foundation team for coordinating efforts for this event and a special thank you to Dana Casimaty, Director of Development, who continues to work with the student team throughout this process.

Free Workshop for Parents/Carers of Learner Drivers

Lane Cove Council and Hunters Hill Council will be hosting an online workshop for parents/carers and supervisors of Learner Drivers. This free workshop supports parents and supervisors of learner drivers to be confident and effective teachers. Topics include information about licence conditions for learner and P-plate drivers, tips for using the learner driver log book and the importance of providing constructive feedback.

The workshop will run on Wednesday 27 March, 6pm to 7:30pm. Participants can find out more here. Please reach out to Mary Zhang, Road Safety Officer, from Lane Cover Council at MZhang@lanecove.nsw.gov.au with any further questions or queries.
