Achieving Balance in your life – Dr Prue Salter
A student with a balanced approach to school and life will:
- Make time to spend with their family
- Make time to spend with their friends
- Have hobbies and/or activities that they do on a regular basis
- Play sport or do some exercise regularly
- Have time each week where they totally relax and let their body “chill out”.
Despite all this, they will still have some time to do the right amount of work for school too.
Early Departure
All leave requests need to be approved through the Head of Secondary School, Mr Corcoran.

Safe Travels
Good luck and safe travels to all students travelling to Cambodia, Melbourne and Singapore for various service, sport and youth conferences. I hope that all students have a fantastic time and return in good spirits for their well-deserved holidays.
Thank You
Thank you so much to the entire class of 2020 and parents for making this year such a wonderful one. Working with each of you through the initial challenges of HSC/IB, watching you on the stage and the sports fields, seeing you come together as a cohort at camp and step up into your positions as school leaders has been a joy and honour. Parents, your continued support and confidence in the School are always appreciated. It has been an exciting year for our cohort and they have done so well. It is important we all remember that this a journey and with all journeys, there are always highs, lows and everything in between. How we handle those highs and how we bounce back from those lows help to shape who we are as individuals. We wish each and every one of you a blessed and Merry Christmas with time to stop and recharge the batteries before a great year ahead in 2020.
