Year 11

Yr 11 Camp

Yr 11 are having an adventurous week down in the Snowy Mountains for Yr 11 Camp. Students have enjoyed challenging themselves across a myriad of outdoor activities run by OEG including cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain bike riding, canoeing, horse riding and bushwalking. The weather has been a blessing with clear skies every day since Monday. Yr 11 are enjoying the social connections in their camp groups along with establishing strong teamwork skills when undertaking not only the camp activities but camp duties such as food prep, cooking and cleaning. Leadership has also been a key focus of the camp, with Yr 11 undertaking leadership activities that explore their servant leadership and the legacy the students would like to leave behind at Redlands at the end of 2023.  Camp reflections will be in next week’s Note Day.
