Year 10
Yr 10 Camp – Student Medical Forms- URGENT
This year’s Camp runs from Monday 11 – Friday 15 November.
This year, general medical forms are not required unless your child experiences asthma, allergies, dietary requirements, diabetes or any other specific health issue. An email was sent to all parents on 18 September. Attached to the email was the OEG medical packet for students with specific medical needs (eg. Asthma, allergies etc). For all students, please ensure that all medical details on Redlands Pulse are correct and up-to-date. Also attached to the email, were instructions on how to update your child’s medical details on Redlands Pulse.
Yr 10 Examinations
Monday 28 October – Friday 1 November
The formal Yearly Examinations for Yr 10 will be held during Week 3 of this term. The examination timetable will be published this week on the Yr 10 Pastoral page on iLearn.
Welcome to New Students
This term we are delighted to welcome three new students and their families to Redlands. Joining the Yr 10 cohort are Siebren Elzinga, Eyrian Rana and Lauren Weaver. Siebren and Eyrian join us from overseas schools, from the Netherlands and Mumbai respectively. Lauren joins us from Mosman High School. We have no doubt that these students will quickly immerse themselves into life at Redlands. Please make these students and their families welcome.
Student Achievements
George Murphy has been awarded the Perisher Winter Sports Club Performance Scholarship for his performance during the Australian snow season. The scholarship entitles George to a full sponsorship for the 2020 season including all coaching fees. In addition, George has been nominated for the Young Achiever of the Year through the Ski and Snowboard Australia Community Sports Awards. We warmly congratulate George and are very proud of him as he continues to be recognised for his efforts as one of Australia’s top “up and coming” snowsports athletes. George is also to be commended for his diligent approach to his academic studies and his ability to successfully balance his sporting career with his academic priorities.
