New Courses at University of Sydney
– Astrophysics (program): This new program is for students interested in exploring astronomy and astrophysics, incorporating a physics major and additional units in data science, cosmology, mathematics, electrodynamics and more.
– Life Sciences (program): Learn about a range of interconnected disciplines including, biology, biochemistry, microbiology, genetics, and more. Students undertake a disciplinary major and an interdisciplinary capstone project.
Both programs can be accessed in Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Advanced Studies.
Northeastern University London launches UK and USA Undergraduate Double Degree
Are interested in studying in the UK and the USA? Want an immersive, global educational experience?
Northeastern University London offers students the opportunity to study for a Double Degree, a unique and groundbreaking opportunity to study for two globally recognised degrees simultaneously, a UK degree awarded by Northeastern University London, and a US degree awarded by Northeastern University (Boston, MA).
Students are based at our state-of-the-art campus in the heart of London, and will have the opportunity to study for part of their degree in the USA through an accelerated three-year, or a four-year programme of study, with options to study in London, Boston and Oakland, USA, and a range of other global locations.
Think Cambridge Webinar Series
Think Cambridge is a three-week long series of webinars to inspire Year 11 and 12 students to apply to Cambridge. Think Cambridge runs from January to February 2023. Each webinar is hosted virtually and will be an inspiring session, including a presentation and shared experiences from current Cambridge students. You can book on to as many sessions as you like. Recordings will be made available at the end of each week.
The 2022 Charles Sturt University Podcast Series
Critical Workforces explores the nation’s critical skills shortages and taps into decades of experience and expertise from experts at the helm of their industry.
The series features commentary from highly esteemed professionals at the top of their game, with episodes exploring nursing; aged care; teaching; agriculture; cybersecurity; cultural competency for working with First Nations; and intersectionality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
UAC Launches Free ATAR Estimator.
ATAR Compass estimates a student’s ATAR using scaling statistics from the past five years and, as the organisation that calculates the NSW ATAR every year, UAC has direct access to accurate historical data. Students select their HSC courses and their estimated or actual exam marks to receive an estimated ATAR which they can use as a guide to make decisions about their future study options. Find out
