NSW Interschools Snowsports Championships
Second round invitations added seven more teams to our already large contingent. Congratulations to the 54 teams and 93 students who qualified for the State Championships in Perisher on 20-25 August. The Redlands bus departs Sunday 18 Aug at 3.00pm from Allister St and limited accommodation is available at Alpine Resort Motel. Training is at Thredbo from Monday 19 – Saturday 24 August. Entries close next Wednesday 7 August.
If you need transport back to Sydney on Friday 23 August for sport or study reasons, please let me know asap. Beds at the motel are filling fast.
Meeting
Friends of Snowsports invite all Snowsports supporters to our Friends of Snowsports monthly Meeting on 5 August from 6.00-7.00pm in H2.5 on the Senior Campus.
Snowsports Training Weekends – Only a few places left!
Ski/snowboard training weekends for Yrs 3-11 – beginners to race training (all abilities) in Thredbo has two places available from Friday – Sunday 9-11 August staying at the Alpine Resort Motel, Jindabyne.
