Year 12 Blackmores Run for Headspace

Our Yr 12 students are organising the Redlands team for the Blackmores Run on Sunday 15 September and everyone is encouraged to participate. The basic run is 10km however there are shorter and longer options. Prefects will be selling support badges at the school gates in the week before the event at a cost of $2. Their goal is to match the number of runners and funds raised from last year. Come and join in or make a donation using the links below.

Young People’s Plan for the Planet

This week our Young People’s Plan for the Planet team met with the program developer from ANU, Ian Chambers, to refine our research and understand how to go about building our report on the Sustainable Development Goals for NSW. We are hoping to have our full report finalised early in Term 4 and have applied to attend a global conference at the end of the year.

Week 10 Movie Night Fundraiser for Cambodia

Some of our Yr 11 students are participating in our annual Cambodia program and are doing some fundraising for the projects they will undertake during the trip at the end of the year.

Students in Yrs 3-6 are invited to come to a movie evening in Week 10 with all proceeds raised going towards the community project to support our friends at M’Lop Tapang. The event will be supervised by Secondary School teachers and senior students however parents are welcome to attend.
