Learn to Make Jam!
You will have the opportunity to learn how to make jam which will then be sold at the Spring Fair. A qualified jam maker will be teaching each session. Everyone will receive a copy of the recipes, plus the opportunity to purchase a jar of jam at cost that you made at the end of the session. Next session: Monday 25 June 9.30am – 12.30pm. Limited Spaces – Book Now!
Pink Sock Round
Unfortunately, due to the inclimate weather this week, the sporting grounds at Macquarie University are closed on Saturday, and we have had to cancel our Redlands@Home Pink Sock Charity Sports Round in support of Breast Cancer Network Australia. Some sports have been able to relocate their matches to other venues and students are still encouraged to wear their pink socks to all games this weekend. (Please check Redlands Pulse to find updated match times and venues.) Students and parents are still welcome to bring baked goods to venues to share with the community and collection tins will still be made available at these locations. A BBQ lunch will be held on the Senior Campus on Monday 25 June in support of Breast Cancer Network Australia. Students are encouraged to bring money to purchase food on this day.
Book Club
The Book Club has finished meeting for this term. Please check here next week for the books we will be reading next term. Contact Samantha at sli12@bigpond.net.au.
