Redlands Parents and Friends
Inaugural Giving Day – 21 August
It’s not too late to join the Giving Day team!
This is an exciting year at Redlands as we launch our major philanthropic campaign, Giving Day, on Wednesday 21 August. This special event aims to raise much-needed funds to upgrade and expand our High Country Campus and further support the Coralie Amos OAM Scholarship Appeal.
We will have just 24 hours to reach our goal of $400,000, with your donations being TRIPLED on the day thanks to our generous matching donors.
The success of this campaign hinges on the enthusiastic participation of our entire community. We still have a number of time slots requiring volunteers on the day. It will be a lot of fun and a great opportunity to support the School and be part of the Giving Day Team! Your time is very much appreciated.

Book Club
The Redlands Book Club is a group of Redlands parents – past and present – who share a love of reading. New members are always welcome! The Book Club meets twice each school term to discuss a book, rotating among members’ homes. Occasionally, outings are also organised to events, movies or shows that are tied in with books. If you would like to join Book Club, or simply want to know more, please contact Monica or Sabiha.
We are pleased to announce the dates for our Term 3 Book Club meetings:
- Thursday 22 August 7:00pm – to discuss The Women by Kristin Hannah
- Wednesday 18 September ~10:30am (exact time TBC) – to discuss The Other Side of Beautiful by Kim Lock
Please save these dates in your calendar!
We are looking for a meeting spot for our next meeting. Please contact Monica or Sabiha if you’re able to host.
Kids Giving Back
Kids Giving Back is hosting a mega cooking marathon on 22 September. As the children prepare meals for Sydneysiders in need, they can have fun with friends and bring to life their school values of moral courage and compassion. If you are interested in keeping the kindness cooking – please contact Daniella.
Do you have event pics you want to share? Please send them to RPFA Note Day.
