Redlands Parents and Friends
Autumn Fair

It’s open to the entire community – so bring your friends! Two-legged friends (sorry, no dogs allowed)! Entry is free! And since it’s a cash-free event, you’ll need to purchase wristbands (for unlimited rides only) or coupons to enjoy individual rides, games and food. All wristbands and coupons purchased prior to Fri 10 Mar have now been distributed to classrooms. Today is the final call to purchase wristbands and coupons at the discounted rate! Sales close at noon tomorrow – buy HERE now and collect at the main coupon counter on the day.
For those of you who want to plan out your visit in advance, here’s a map of all the rides and amusements on offer.

Walks on Tracks
Weekly guided walks around the northern Sydney area are organised by an RPFA volunteer. This is a great way to meet other Redlands parents and get in shape, plus a wonderful way to spend a morning discovering the many paths of the Sydney area.
The invitation for walks is open, so if you have friends or family who you think would like to come along, please feel free to bring them. Dogs are also welcome on most walks.
Next week’s walk on Wed 22 Mar will be around Beauty Point. Meet at the Orso carpark, near Spit Bridge at 8.40am.
Any questions, please contact Ann Marie Kimber or call 0406 691 533.
Book Club
Come along and enjoy the lively conversation of other Redlands parents from all around the world with a common love of reading. The Book Club meets twice each school term, rotating among members’ homes. There is also an annual visit to Sunday Writer’s festival (May) and sometimes to movies that are tied in with a book discussion.
Our next meeting will be on Mon 27 Mar at 10.30am to discuss The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skoot. All are welcome, even if you have not read the book!
If you would like to learn more or join the meeting, please contact Monica Gessner or Sabiha Naqvi for further information.

It was a lovely warm and still day on Saturday when Friends of Sailing provided a BBQ for our Redlands sailors as they emerged from the water after the 7th and final Redlands Racing Series. Thank you to all the parent and friend volunteers who have contributed their time and energy over the season. We look forward to hearing the final team racing results at the end of season Sailing dinner at RSYS on 29 March.
