Welcome back to Term 3! I hope you all had an enjoyable holiday break. To our new families commencing at Redlands House this term, welcome and we look forward to your involvement within our Preschool program. Jeans for Genes Day 

On Friday 3 August, Redlands House will be taking part in Jeans for Genes Day. If your child attends Preschool on this day, please join us in supporting this charity by wearing jeans and/or denim to Preschool and bringing a gold coin to place in the boxes on the sign-in table. Jeans for Genes Day raises money to support the Children’s Medical Research Institute to discover treatments and cures for childhood illnesses.

Jump Rope for Heart 

The Heart Foundation’s Jump Rope for Heart has officially launched at Redlands. After raising $66,000 in 2016, we are aiming for a fundraising target of $70,000. Throughout the term there will be various fundraising incentives to motivate students to raise money for this very worthy cause. The students are very enthusiastic and are already trying out new skipping techniques around the playground. The first fundraising incentive will be a prize for all classes in the year group who are the first to have everybody signed up online.
