International Day Celebrations

On Tuesday 30 March, Redlands will be celebrating International Day along with the rest of the Junior Campus. Students are invited to wear any costume or clothing of their choice, that reflects their family heritage, country or culture. A reminder that closed-in shoes and sun-safe clothes are required.

Easter Eggs

As a reminder to our community, although children giving each other chocolate eggs at school is a lovely idea, we ask that no chocolate eggs or sweets be brought to school. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our students and avoid the sadness associated with missing out or losing a gift. In lieu, cards (especially hand-made cards if possible) would be welcomed.

Winter Uniform for Term 2

A reminder to families that as we enter Term 2, it is time for the children to wear their Winter uniform.

For Redlands House children, this means a long sleeve shirt, fleece vest or fleece jumper. For girls opting to wear tights under their skort, please make sure they are navy blue. Please also remember that the children will still require a hat each day.

Bandaged Bear Day

Last Friday we celebrated Bandaged Bear Day. Our teddy bear picnic helps sick children from all over NSW who are treated at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Our gold coin donation helps fund lifesaving equipment and vital research into childhood diseases. Although the weather wasn’t the best, we all really enjoyed this special day. Orange Class and Transition Gold had visits from their buddies in the Junior School.
