Thinking Routines in the Kindergarten Classroom
In Music lessons this term, Kindergarten students have discovered similarities and differences between two known songs, Bye-Lo and Seesaw. All classes used a Same and Different Thinking Routine to explore the songs, with responses being recorded on the poster in the Prep Music room. Students used wonderful musical language including beat, rhythm, so and mi to describe the music.
