Music

Prepare for takeoff – The beloved Junior Music Festival is taking you on a trip around the world tonight, with our production Postcards from Abroad!  Whilst this afternoon is set to be enormously fun, the students’ excitement even in the lead up to today has been palpable. Joyous singing and playing has been resounding in Music lessons for months now!

Our Junior Music Teachers and Specialist Music Tutors, capably led in this production by Mrs Katherine Moses, (Subject Coordinator – Junior School Music), are incredible at what they do. They enrich the lives of our students by skilfully infusing complex curricular understandings and aural skill foundations within the music curriculum or the past term!  Our Music team are experts at what they do.

‘Thank yous’ are also extended to Mr Holden and our Year 3-6 class teachers who have rallied in generous support of this event also. Today’s event has been a team effort and a testament to the dedication of our Redlands community.

A video is being produced of the event and we look forward to sharing this with families in due course.
