Junior Music Festival

The buzz of 450 Junior School students could be felt around the school last Thursday as students performed exceptionally in the annual Junior Music Festival. Showcasing cohort choral items and cocurricular ensembles, the concert was a thrilling demonstration of student commitment, practice and the joy of performing again after a 2 year hiatus. A particular highlight was the finale, in which all 450 students graced the stage in a triumph of logistics! Performing an Australian Rock Medley arranged by Ms McInnes, students moved the audience, sharing their love of music and the joy in brings. The Music Department are very proud of all students and thank Junior School staff for their contributions to the event. We also congratulate Arts Captains Leo and Ina for their wonderful leadership as comperes. The magic of music is alive and well in the Junior School!
