Singing Altogether Once Again

The Music Department has had much reason for celebration these past few days, following the announcement from NSW Health relating to the lifting of previous restrictions for singing in groups. As notified, there are no recommended limits on the number of performers in singing groups, including for in-class educational activities such as group repetition, chanting, recitation, or singing activities.

Already across the larger venues of our school, the combined voice of students is echoing down the hallway as ensembles prepare for their upcoming Music Festival performances in May (Secondary School) and July (Junior School).

It has been absolutely wonderful to see the joy in everyone’s faces as they once again create harmonious music together.

In supporting the students, the next Production meetings and workshop have been set for the finalists at 1.00pm on Thursday 18 March. These sessions are compulsory for those wishing to perform in the show on Thursday 1 April.
