Summer Representative Pre-Season Trials and Training

As previously communicated to families we have our Term 4 Summer Sport trials and training this Saturday, 16 September. Attendance is compulsory for those students who have nominated for these representative sports. For those girls who nominated girls-only basketball as their Term 4 Summer Sport, we will use the preseason to grade and allocate students in teams in preparation for the start of their Term 4 season. Term 4 Sport Student lists

For all Non rep sports as well as rep sports you can view your child’s Term 4 sport selection under your activities through the Redlands App. It will show up like below but wont have any sessions listed until Term 4.


Term 3 Summer Pre Season Training

Thank you to those students who attended the first of the Summer Pre Season optional training this week on Wednesday afternoon. All Rep summer sports were well represented in attendance.

Commencing Term 3 and continuing Term 4 there will be a combination of both OPTIONAL and COMPULSORY preseason training for the following sports;

  • Representative Mixed Basketball (Term 1 teams plus new joiners) for students in Years 3-6
  • Representative Touch Football (Term 1 teams plus new joiners) for students in Years 5&6
  • Representative Tennis (Term 1 teams plus new joiners) for students in Years 5&6
  • Representative Girls Basketball for students in Years 3-6

Welcome back to our returning students who played in these sports in Term 1 as we recommence our season from Round 6 through to 12 but also a special welcome and thank you to those students who signed up to play a Representative Sport in Term 4. You will be allocated to a team (Basketball and Touch) or ranked in Tennis this term in preparation for next term.
