Alumni Update
Tiffany Wong RL 2014
Redlands is fortunate to have an extraordinary Redlander community of engaged and supportive past students. Tiffany Wong, a Redlander Young Alumni Awards Winner in 2023, is a perfect example returning to campus as a Redlands Music and Drama Tutor, a guest performer at many events, a long serving member of the Redlanders Alumni Association, and soon to be judge for the upcoming student Senior and Junior Piano Competition semi finals! Tiffany competed in the very first Piano Competition when in Year 3 in 2005 and competed every year until graduating!
Tiffany’s list of accomplishments is extraordinary, and a few of her recent achievements include:
- The role of Juliet (!!) in the Australian Shakespeare Company’s 2023 production
- Leading role in the first Australian Amazon original film Five Blind Dates, now streaming
- Nominated for the 2023 KXT Award for Excellence in Directing (Boom)
- Artistic Director and Founder of Slanted Theatre, 2021-Present
Our wide network of Redlanders adds tremendous cultural richness and offers unique opportunities for our entire community past, present and prospective.

Redlander Memorabilia Donations from the Roseby Era
It has been an exciting time for our Archives and Alumni Office, with three thoughtful donations of memorabilia allowing our collection to grow.
Thank you to the family of Redlander Joan Patterson RL 39, for visiting Redlands to donate Joan’s precious prize books, pocket, badge and Intermediate Certificate. Joan was a member of the Class of 1939, and thus a student under the much beloved Miss Roseby. She won an academic prize every year and was very involved with sport, especially tennis and netball, even winning a pocket for skiing and was eventually one the Sports Captains in her final year.
Thank you also to Judith Sleijpen (formerly Quane) School Captain and Roseby House Captain 1964 who donated a magnificent collection of Lux Magazines for each year she attended the School, along with all her class photographs complete with identification (yes, thank you!), there were several great casual shots from the mid-1960s, school reports, Judith’s blazer pocket, Roseby House Captain badge and Prefects badge, programs to round out our collection, newspaper clippings, warm handwritten cards from Miss Fitzpatrick and Miss Steel and a spelling book from the Junior School.
Thank you also to Judy Wilson’s family who donated their mother’s Prefect pocket and bade from 1947, class photos and a very unique painting by Miss Mabel Roseby, Deputy Principal, upon her retirement.
