Callbacks for the Musical will be held in person on Sunday 15 November. Callback students and callback material is available here. The full cast will be announced on Friday 27 November.
2021 Enrolments
Enrolments for 2021 are now open. Students currently enrolled for 2020 will automatically roll over to 2021. For variations or new enrolments, please contact the Drama and Theatre Office on 99688960 or drama@redlands.nsw.edu.au.
End of Year Soirees
This year our End of Year Soirees will be filmed and made available to our families via our online learning platforms in the Secondary, Junior and Preparatory programs.
Drama Performance Exams
This week Yrs 8, 9 and 10 completed their performance exams for Drama in the Drama Studio. Yr 10 created original pieces of Multidisciplinary Theatre as part of their end of year assessment, following on from their major performance task in Semester 1 for Theatre of the Absurd.
The class teachers, Ms Clarke, Ms Jansons, Ms Lamb and Ms Sparke provided such a positive and creative learning experience for our budding young performers and their creative support and guidance lead to some exceptional development for our students.
Headlines
This week Yr 9 Drama students presented Headlines an evening of docudrama pieces, devised by the students, exploring some of the controversial and unusual news stories of recent times. Parents and friends will be able to view these performances in iLearn in Week 5.
Australian Landscapes
This week Yr 8 Drama students presented a variety of scenes from Australian playwrights interpreting some of the great pieces of contemporary Australian theatre. Parents and friends will be able to view these performances in iLearn in Week 5.
