OnSTAGE Nominations

Congratulations to the  following HSC Drama students whose individual performances have been nominated for possible inclusion in OnSTAGE, a selection of performances and individual projects from HSC Drama students. Final selection for OnSTAGE will be announced later in November.

Musical 2019 – Strictly Ballroom the Musical

Applications forms and audition material for the musical for 2019 are due at the Drama Office next week by 19 September at 3.30pm. Auditions are open to all students from Yrs 6 to 11 (2018). Audition forms are available here. A compulsory choreography workshop will be held in the gym on Friday 21 September from 3.30-5.30pm. 

Senior Acting

Congratulations to our Senior Acting students as they performed Lockdown by Douglas Craven on Tuesday. Our audience was captivated as they sat in a darkened classroom, immersed in a lockdown as a group of students struggled with the stress and uncertainty of what lay ahead for them. 

Yr 11 Production – Curious

17-18 September at 6.30pm in the Drama Studio

Next week Yr 11 IB and HSC students will present a series of original works featuring physical theatre scenes based on the techniques of Frantic Assembly. These humorous and thought provoking performances will be held in the Drama Studio at 6.30pm on 17 and 18 September. All are welcome.
