The Addams Family – Musical
We are delighted to advise that tickets are now available for this year’s Musical, The Addams Family.

The Addams Family showcases the skills and talents of our Years 7-12 students and there are over 100 students involved on stage as performers, in the orchestra and in hair and make-up and production.

Redlands presents THE ADDAMS FAMILY, a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family, features an original story and is every father’s nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family – a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before – keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.

Sport for Jove Workshops – Yr 10 Drama Curriculum
Our Yr 10 Drama students have enjoyed working with the theatre company, Sport for Jove over the past few weeks, exploring performing Shakespeare through the characters, scenes and language. These practical workshops, led by Sport For Jove have covered a variety of performance skills and were specifically tailored to our students’ needs for their upcoming Shakespeare performance assessment. We are looking at seeing the students finished performances shortly inspired by these workshops.
