Welcome back to Term 2. I hope you have all had a restful and wonderful break. Term 2 is an exciting time, new skills are developed as students settle into the groups and collaborate effectively with their peers. It is a short and busy term and there was a lot of excitement as the first classes began yesterday. 

Theatresports 

In the upcoming weeks, the intermediate and senior theatresports teams will compete against other schools to fight for a spot in the state competition. We wish them all the best as they move into the competition. 

Gala Arts 

Gala Arts is at the start of Term 3 on Friday 22 July 

Audition information is now available and forms can be found on the Gala Arts Audition iLearn Page. Email drama@redlands.nsw.edu.au to be added. Auditions close and must be submitted online by 3:20pm on Monday 9 May.  

Extra-subject Drama and Theatre 

Classes are going well. If you want to enrol your child please contact drama@redlands.nsw.edu.au. Some classes are at capacity and have a waitlist. 

Reminder: A friendly reminder to communicate with your child about their extra-curricular classes in the morning. We have had cases where students are in the car line or their designated pick up spot and have needed to be located before class starts. Please ensure any absences are sent to drama@redlands.nsw.edu or your child’s class tutor prior to the lesson.
