Drama and Theatre
Welcome back to Term 2. I hope the Easter time has given families time to refresh and connect together. I look forward to seeing all our Drama and Theatre students in our Extra Subject program in classes in Term 2. These exciting classes offer our students a great from of creative expression in Acting, Film, Music Theatre and Production in all areas of the school. Anyone interested in joining our classes in Drama and Theatre should email drama@redlands.nsw.edu.au.
Shakespeare Festival Winners
Redlands Shakespeare Carnival was held online in Term 1. Our talented young actors interpreted the work of the bard with their own dramatic flair. Our esteemed adjudicator, Darren Gilshenan (The Moodys, Here Come the Habibs!, Harrow) was impressed by the students’ passionate and insightful physical engagement with the works of Shakespeare. The winning scene will now progress to the Regional Finals.
