Competitive Debating – (ISDA and FED competitions in Semester 1)

Thank you to all the students who were at the trials on Friday last week. Masters Academy commented on the high quality of students who have registered to debate this year. Some students who missed trials should contact me asap if you would like to join a team. Please note that these teams carry on to Term 2. Students who are not on these teams may not be able to have the opportunity to competitively debate this year as preference will be given to FED and ISDA debaters when choosing SDN teams in Term 3. Teams will be announced by email to students early next week. If you do not receive an email, please contact me in L.2.3 on Tuesday as it is our intention to place all registered students in a team.

Debating Club 

Debating Club runs on a Wednesday afternoon and is also conducted by Masters Academy. More information on how to register for this is here. Debating Club will begin next week and, based on interest, we are looking into the possibility of running an extra day/timeslot. Please register your interest with Masters Academy info@mastersacademy.com.au
