Weekend Dance Classes Spring into Action

Our weekend dance classes kicked off this past Saturday, 6 May, with an abundance of energy and enthusiasm, setting a fantastic tone for the term ahead. From ballet to jazz, and tap to lyrical, all students were well turned out in their dance uniforms, with hair in place and beaming smiles, raring to go.

As we embark on this term together, let’s carry forward this enthusiasm and dance our way through term 2 with joy and determination, making every step count!

Eisteddfod Update

Our Academy performance groups take to the stage for their debut on Saturday 18 May.

RAD Ballet Exams & Mocks

The RAD have confirmed dates for our first round of RAD Ballet exams in 2024. This involves some senior Ballet students.  

Mock exams: Sunday 19 May

RAD exams: Friday 24 May

Absent or Away from Class

If your child is sick or will miss their dance class then please complete the RDA Absent from Class form – CLICK HERE

A reminder that for private lessons, you need to contact your private lesson teacher and cc the Dance Department. 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations. Any private lesson missed with less than 24 hours notice will be charged as a received lesson. Note: for private lessons do not complete the RDA ABSENT FROM CLASS FORM

Put it in your diaries, Gala Arts will be returning to The Concourse, at the start of Term 3 on Friday 26 July. 

Audition information is now available and forms can be found on the Gala Arts Audition iLearn Page. 

Email galaarts@redlands.nsw.edu.au to be added. Auditions close and must be submitted online by 6pm on Friday 17 May.
