Saturday 24 February: Photos at Class

We will be welcoming Antonia Johnson back to the Academy this Saturday to take class photos. Please could you make sure that hair is very neat and that you have your correct uniform on. Ballet students to wear pink tights (not socks) and no sports uniform for Jazz or Tap please.

Information Morning: Monday 4 March, 8:30-9:15am

We will be hosting an RDA Information morning on Monday 4 March in the Junior Library at 8.30-9.15am. This will give you a chance to meet our Head of Academy Ms Revie and find out what the year looks like for your dancers. Virginia Clayton, Chair of Friends of Dance, will provide information on how you can get involved in our RDA events, and you will also meet the FoD team, who are keen to share their experiences as part of the Redlands Dance Community and how you can get involved.

Second Hand Shoe Swap at RDA

If your tap, jazz or character shoes are getting too small, before you go off to Bloch make sure to check out the “second hand shoe box” that will be left out on Saturdays. These are free for you to take or swap, but there will be a box left on the table inside the office if you wish to make a small donation.

Absent or Away from Class

Dance Class

If your child is sick or will miss their dance class then please complete our RDA ABSENT FROM CLASS FORM.

Dance for Sport Class

If your child is sick then please complete our RDA ABSENT FROM CLASS FORM and email a medical certificate to dance@redlands.nsw.edu.au

Private Lesson

If your child is sick or will miss their private lesson then please email your private lesson teacher and cc dance@redlands.nsw.edu.au. 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations. Any private lesson missed with less than 24 hours notice will be charged as a received lesson. Note: for private lessons please do not complete the RDA ABSENCE FORM.
