Community Update
It was a pleasure to welcome our Alumni community (our Redlanders) back onsite late last week where School memories and reconnections were shared and celebrated by those attending 20, 30 and 40 year reunions. Our alumni of Redlanders can be found locally and globally. We continue to ensure the important connections with our community are nurtured and developed through Redlands dedicated alumni engagement program that includes interstate and international reunions and networking opportunities and a quarterly newsletter. We greatly value the relationships we build with our Alumni and our aim is to support a lifelong connection to the School. For more information on our reunions, check out the Foundation section in today’s Note Day.
The first meeting of the newly formed committee of the Redlands Parents and Friends Association (RPFA) was held earlier this week along with the Annual General Meeting of the Heads of Friends of Groups (FoG). The School is so grateful for the volunteer parents within these important groups who, along with our Parent Contact Groups (PCGs) and Class and Year Group parents, continue to keep us informed, included and connected as we head into the social season of events and activities along with planning and preparation for 2024. There are still a number of community, class and year group events to run and these can all be found in the RPFA section of today’s Note Day.
Thank you for your continued guidance and support and as ever, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Community Engagement team, or to me directly, should you have any feedback, suggestions or questions.
