Community Update
The ongoing partnership between the School and parents in supporting the education and wellbeing of the young people under our collective care is of paramount importance to all of us.
At Redlands, we are committed to sustaining safe, inclusive environments where young people feel they belong and can thrive. Child safety and wellbeing are central to all that we do at Redlands. Our School Values anchor our decisions, empowering us to confidently act in the best interests of our students. Our governance, people and practices work together to enable their safety and wellbeing.
A reminder that we have dedicated specialists who are responsible for assisting our students, staff and the wider School community on safeguarding matters and they can be contacted through safeguarding@redlands.nsw.edu.au.
A sale of secondhand, clean pre-loved uniforms will be held this Saturday from Noon to 2pm at the RPFA unit located on the Ground Floor at 1 Monford Place (around the corner from the Uniform Shop). My thanks to the army of volunteers, led by the Redlands Parent and Friends Association for their assistance in delivering this important event. This initiative enables us to recycle uniforms back into the community whilst raising valuable funds for our means-tested Scholarship Fund.
Further details on the Second Hand Uniform Sale, along with information on other Redlands community events can be found in the RPFA section of Note Day.
There are still a few tickets available for the highly anticipated Redlands Gala Ball, and a reminder that all proceeds from this gala fundraising event will benefit the Dr Sue Morey AM Scholarship Appeal. For more information on tickets and sponsorship of this uniquely Redlands event, along with information on our Annual Giving program, please visit the Foundation section of today’s Note Day.
I remain grateful for the continued guidance and support our community provides and, as ever, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Community Engagement team should you have any feedback, suggestions or questions.
