Community Update
Late last week I had the pleasure of attending The Addams Family Musical with my family, and it was spectacular! It was truly impressive to see how the buzz around campus from all the students, staff and parents involved in the lead up, transformed into a sophisticated and professional program of performance and production. Thank you and well done to all involved on this uplifting event for our community.
The Second Hand Uniform Sale gets underway this weekend and my thanks to the army of volunteers, led by the Redlands Parent and Friends Association and Uniform Shop, for their assistance in delivering this important event. Clean pre-loved uniforms can be donated through the Uniform Shop up to this Friday. Proceeds from the sale will be dedicated towards the means-tested Redlands Foundation Scholarship Fund and more detail can be found in the RPFA section of Note Day.
It is always a pleasure to reflect on our Alumni communities’ experiences at Redlands, and this week Judy Blix (Class of 1959) reflects on her time in and around the Liggins Building. Judy’s recollections, along with an update on our Alumni activities and events, can be enjoyed here.
A reminder that we welcome our community to join us for a time of Easter reflection, prayer and connection on Wednesday 5 April from 7.00pm in the David Armstrong Room at St Peter’s Church, Cremorne (with parking located on Waters Rd).
I remain grateful for the continued guidance and support our community provides and, as ever, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Community Engagement team should you have any feedback, suggestions or questions.
