Community Update
A very warm welcome to Term 4. We trust your family are safe and well and hope that you had the opportunity to enjoy some family time over the holiday period, albeit through lockdown restrictions.
In times such as these we give thanks for the strength of our Redlands community and we continue to work in partnership with parents and carers to make this time of transition back to On-Campus Learning as positive and enriching for our community as possible.
We continue to be guided by NSW Health and the Association of Independent Schools of NSW in preparation for our return to On-Campus Learning. We are ready to adjust our plans as needed to ensure the best educational opportunities for our students, while prioritising the safety and wellbeing of our staff and students. A reminder that all COVID-19 related communications to parents, including return to On-Campus Learning information, is posted on the COVID-19 Page of Redlands Pulse.
Coming together as a community remains a challenge at this time but we look ahead with hope and optimism as restrictions are eased through this term. As we assess future community events we encourage a continued connection to the significant and diverse experience of our class and year group parents, the RPFA and Friends of Groups that support our community. These groups keep our community connected and included within the many and varied aspects of school life.
It is always a pleasure to hear what our alumni community have been up to and I was delighted to read Class of 2020 alumni, Philip Hilble’s journey since leaving Redlands. Philip’s American adventure, along with an update from the Foundation team, can be enjoyed here.
I remain grateful for the continued guidance and support our community provides and, as ever, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Community Engagement team should you have any feedback, suggestions or questions.
