Registrations for our Come Zoom Dine With Us experience continue to roll in. Redlands Head of Catering and Chef Joel Squire will demonstrate and guide us through a delicious and easy family friendly recipe of Baked White Chicken Enchiladas. Cook along with your family, and have fun plating up this meal while sharing your experience with other Redlands families, all under the watchful eye of Chef Joel. This will be a dining experience not to miss! Come Zoom Dine With Us will take place from 6.00pm on Monday, 6 September. Please register your interest to participate here. Recipe, ingredients and Zoom details will be emailed to registered families in advance of this highly anticipated enchilada masterclass.
It is always a pleasure to hear what our alumni community have been up to and I was delighted to read of acclaimed author and Redlander Carol Chandler’s (1974) literary prowess along with Georgia Edwards (2000) journey to becoming a Gastroenterologist, GP, wife and mother. Those stories, along with an update from the Foundation team, can be enjoyed here.

We continue to monitor advice from NSW Health and the Association of Independent Schools of NSW and will keep our community informed. A reminder that all COVID-19 related communications to parents and other relevant information is posted on the COVID-19 Page of Redlands Pulse.
