Life as a Sports Cameraman

Interested students had the opportunity to meet Nathan Bartley, who has worked as a self employed cameraman/editor in the (sports) media industry worldwide for the past ten years. Nathan’s highlights have been working on the Ryder Cup, Cricket World Cups and the Australian Open. Tom Morris in Yr 12 commented “Nathan was an inspirational figure who talked to us about his journey of becoming a freelance photographer. He gave the group guidance in what he would do differently and the best things about his job. Nathan gave us great insight into the world of sports photography.”
