The Gap Network Information Session

For students thinking of taking a gap year from 2021 and beyond, this school-based UK opportunity is a great option. The one hour session is open to students and families on Tuesday 29 October at 7.00pm at the Crows Nest Centre, 2 Ernest Place, Crows Nest. Returned gap students will also be present and an opportunity for Q&A. RSVP here.

UNSW Women in Engineering Camp 2020

This will run from 12-15 January 2020. The WIE Camp is a four day residential experience at UNSW for female Yrs 11 or 12 students to learn more about engineering and participate in hands-on workshops, industry site visits, career panels and a networking function with professional engineers. Camp America Information Session

This is another option to consider for a Gap year. These camps have been running for over 50 years and provide invaluable skills as well as fun and friendship with students from all over the world. The next information session in Sydney is on Wednesday 16 October. Register here.
