Sean Kiley has just finished his Sydney season with the Australian Ballet playing the part of Duke of Courland in the acclaimed production of Giselle at the Sydney Opera House. Congratulations Sean!
Cloudia Elder continues to make waves with Bangarra Dance Theatre. Go and watch their latest production 30 Years of Sixty Five Thousand.
Friends of Ballet and Dance Morning Tea
Only one week to go, tell your friends to join us! The FOBD morning tea will take place in Parkes Hall on Thursday 30 May 9.00-10.30am. Everyone is welcome! Last year was a great success so come along and meet the Academy staff, FOBD other parents.
Save the Date
The Ballet and Dance Awards Dinner will be held on 19 September at Manly Golf Club. All students in Yrs 7-12 will be invited to attend. Awards (Yrs 8-11) and Certificates (all Yr 7) will be announced at the dinner and special guests will join us. The official invitation to book will be out soon.

Curriculum Dance – Important Dates
Parents are warmly invited to the following Curriculum Dance Showcases in Parkes Hall.
- Yrs 8, 9 and 10 Showcase – Thursday 20 June at 6.30pm
- Yrs 11 and 12 HSC/IB Showcase – Thursday 25 July at 6.30pm

RAD Exams
All Prep and Junior Ballet students entered into the September session for their RAD exam or class awards have now been sent a letter with information.
Please note the Winter holiday (July) Workshop dates are now set. You can also find them on Redlands Pulse. Please let us know if you will be attending.
Edumate
Please check your child’s Ballet & Dance timetable/profile to determine that they are attending the correct classes. Let the office know if there are any discrepancies.
