Congratulations to Tabitha Galvin who has been accepted into the Royal Ballet School Spring Intensive to be held in Hong Kong in April. Well done Tabitha! The students and teachers are all very proud.

End of Year Ballet and Dance Concert

The End of Year Concert is on Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 November at 6.30pm. 

We are now completely sold out and we would ask if any parents have tickets they will no longer need, to let the office know.

Please could all parents address the permission portion for this event to ensure your child can participate. We cannot let children on the buses if permission is not in place by THIS FRIDAY.

Please familiarise yourselves with the information for the concert by checking the Parent letter. 

Sunday Rehearsal Parkes Hall, Junior Campus – please note all rehearsals are compulsory and we need all students to attend.

Students are to wear their normal class attire and bring lunch/water/snacks as required– ONLY Yrs 10 and 11 students will be allowed to leave the Junior Campus during the day.

All students are requested to be ready to dance at Parkes Hall at their allocated times outlined below. Please arrive at least ten minutes before the requested rehearsal time. We have kept our rehearsal times to a minimum however this requires working to a tight schedule.

Sunday 18 November (Week 6)
All Ballet students are required to attend the Sunday ballet rehearsals
Prep and Junior Ballet students (Primary to Yr 6 students) – 10.00am – 1.00pm
All Senior Ballet students – 12.00pm – 3.00pm

End of Year Ballet and Dance Concert – Volunteers for Working Bees

Friday 16 November – 8.30am-2.00pm
Saturday 17 November – 8.30am-5.00pm – Hair 10.00-10.30am only; Make-up 10.30-11.00am only

We’ll meet in Parkes Hall. Saturdays in P1.2 and Fridays in the Ballet Studio.

Ballet & Dance Awards Evening

There are a few tickets available for our inaugural Redlands Ballet and Dance Awards Dinner at Manly Golf Club on Tuesday 27 November at 6.30pm to celebrate our students and the 20^th Anniversary of the Redlands Ballet and Dance Academy. This is proving to be a wonderful evening so don’t miss out as places are limited. Students and parents Yr 7-12 are invited to attend. See Ballet TV/Redlands Pulse for details.

Call for Raffle Prizes

If you are in a position to help the Friends of Ballet and Dance by donating a raffle prize for the Awards dinner, please contact Eva in the Ballet Office or just drop your donation into the office. All donations are kindly appreciated and acknowledgement will be made at the dinner.

If you have not responded to our enrolment email, please do so urgently. The classes are filling up! Our Terms & Conditions and 2019 timetables are now on Redlands Pulse for Prep/Junior and Senior classes to help you enrol.
