Student Achievements
We are very excited to announce some exciting news for one of our young students. Congratulations to Dante Minassian who has been accepted into the Australian Ballet School ITP program. A wonderful achievement and we are looking forward to supporting him on his journey.
Congratulations also to all our students who performed at the Redlands Spring Fair on Saturday. A wonderful opportunity to showcase our students work and everyone did so well. Well done!
Yrs 10 and 11 attended the Independent Dance Festival at the Inaburra School, Bangor on Friday. All students participated in workshops and represented the school with vigour and commitment. Great work!
News
We will be holding the inaugural Redlands Ballet and Dance Awards Dinner later this year. A wonderful opportunity to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Redlands Ballet and Dance Academy as well as recognise some of our hard working students for their commitment and excellence.
Mark your calendars now! The event will be held at Manly Golf Club on Tuesday 27 November at 6.30pm and students and parents between Yrs 7-12 will be invited to attend.

Would you like to help with costuming, hair and make up during the performances at The Concourse? Please see Redlands Pulse for further details or come via the Ballet Office to learn more. You do need to have your Working with Children Certificate in place by the end of this term so please don’t delay!
We also need your skills in preparation for the performances. Come and have some fun at our Sewing Bees. No need to have a WWCC as these sessions take place at school:

Friends of Ballet AGM
It is time to say farewell to some of our FoB leaders who have helped and supported us for two years. If you would like to join the FoB, please come along to the Annual General Meeting when we will vote for our 2019 Committee. The details for the meeting are 16 October from 5.30-7.00pm in the Junior school Library.
Lost Property
The lost property box is heaving. Please check your children’s uniform and come a collect any missing items before the end of term. All items will be disposed of prior to Term 4.
