Students Achievements
Welcome back to Term 3. We hope you enjoyed the holidays and feel rested for the exciting term ahead! Our students have been very busy over the holidays. Many Junior School students attended the holiday RAD workshops with Miss Samantha and Miss Maria and Jazz rehearsals with Miss Shannon.
Jade Patrick had a wonderful result at her first Sydney Eisteddfod. She placed 3rd in the Under 15 and Under Jazz section.
Jennifer Psaroulis placed 1st in 16 Years Jazz, Highly Commended in 16 Years Contemporary and Highly Commended in 16 Years Hip Hop in the Sydney Eisteddfod.
Ashley Stapleton competed in the Demi Character section in Live to Dance and received 2nd place.
Elina Filatova and Isabel Dong competed in The Ultimate Dance Challenge in the 14/U Jazz Duo/Trio section winning 1st place. Elina also competed her solo at the competition placing 3rd.

Lost Property
We have many items of clothing, both uniform and personal, which is in our Lost Property basket. If you are missing any clothing PLEASE come and take a look through the basket as it will be cleared out in Week 3.
Appearance
Please take time to remind your children to bring their appropriate Dance uniform and shoes to class, in particular the students should make sure their hair is neat and tidy.

Please do not forget to let us know if sickness, injury or change of circumstance has occurred.

Important Dates
Week 2 on 2 August: Yr 11 and 12 performances in Parkes Hall (Marcia’s Senior classes cancelled)
Week 8 on 15 September: Redlands Spring Fair. Please note all Ballet and Dance classes are cancelled on this day. There will be a small performance program tbc.
Week 10 on 25 September: Watching Week – Grades Ballet classes only
Term 4 Week 1: RAD Grade Examinations tbc

End of Year Ballet and Dance Concert Term 4
Week 4: EOY Sunday rehearsals Jazz ONLY 11 November – Parkes Hall, details to come
Week 5: EOY Sunday rehearsals Ballet ONLY 18 November – Parkes Hall, details to come
Week 6: EOY Concerts 6.30pm Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 November. Saturday classes will be on 24 November.
Week 7: EOY Pre-primary and Bambino Concerts – Parkes Hall
Week 7: Last Ballet and Dance Classes. Last Day of all classes at Redlands is Saturday 30 November. No Watching Days in Term 4.
