Eisteddfods 2021

A huge congratulations to all the students who represented Redlands at last weekend’s Sydney and Extreme Dance Eisteddfods. All dancers performed skillfully at these major dance events and achieved fantastic results (see below):

Results

Sydney Eisteddfod – ‘Feeling Free’ Senior Jazz Performance Group 1 (2nd Place)
Extreme Dance – ‘Sweet Dreams’ Tap (3rd Place)
Extreme Dance – Dante Minassian – Jazz Solo 13/u (2nd place)

Class Watching – Starts This Saturday 12 June

Parents and friends are invited to the Ballet and Dance Academy to take part in Class Watching. Please join us at your child’s usual Ballet and Dance class (these are the class/classes they are enrolled in).

Class Watching dates are:

• Saturday 12 June
• Tuesday 15 June
• Wednesday 16 June
• Thursday 17 June
• Friday 18 June

and are available on Redlands Pulse too.

Please remember to scan the QR Code when you attend Class Watching, or visit the Parkes Hall Building.

Important Dates 

Royal Academy of Dance Examinations

We would like to congratulate Yr 8 students Kiana Gapaillard and Alicia Green on their amazing achievements in their recent Intermediate Foundation Examinations with the Royal Academy of Dance. Recognition and gratitude also goes to their extraordinary dance teachers, Ms Samantha Simpson, Ms Kate Larter and Ms Julie-Ann Kerr (RAD examiner).
