RAD Isobel Anderson (IA) Awards

Congratulations to Yr 7 student Dante Minassian on reaching the Finals for the  Intermediate Foundation RAD IA Awards, which will be held on Sunday 21 March. This is an outstanding achievement and we are very proud of Dante.

The Little Mermaid

Congratulations to Yr 8 student Imogen Jeffery-Bilich who has successfully auditioned for a position in The Victorian State Ballet’s production of The Little Mermaid. The Victorian State Ballet is Victoria’s leading Ballet company and devoted to the pursuit of artistic excellence, presentation of outstanding classical Ballet repertoire and innovative contemporary dance works.

The Little Mermaid will be performed throughout April. Performing with The Victorian State Ballet is a wonderful opportunity and a pathway into the professional world of dance.

Academy Holiday Classes and Rehearsals

The Ballet and Dance Academy are running Invitation Only Classes and Rehearsals over the school holidays, targeting our Performance Groups and RAD exam students. These classes and rehearsals are being held Monday 12 April, Wednesday 14 April, Thursday 15 April and Friday 16 April. A notification has already been sent with details on how to enrol, however, please email us if you need further details. Please see Redlands Pulse for up to date information and timetables. 

Please note that places in our holiday classes are limited and the closing date for enrolments is Wednesday 24 March. 

The Sydney Dance Company 

The Sydney Dance Company is running Autumn holiday workshops for 5-18 year olds at their Wharf Studios. For further information, please click here.

Dance engages multiple senses, offering limitless creativity and imagination for young minds.
