Year 10

This week Parent Student Teacher Zoom meetings were held for Yr 10. From initial feedback it seemed to go well and some parents have commented that this virtual system is just as useful and productive as face-to-face meetings. If you have any concerns about your child after speaking to his/her teachers on Wednesday, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with either their Tutor or me. In addition, if you or your child are struggling with subject selections, please feel free to contact me and/or ask your child to come and speak to me. Tony and I appreciate that this may be a daunting time for the students and we are doing what we can to ensure they have all the information to make the best choice for themselves.

Student Achievements

A big congratulations to Victoria Butler who won the 2020 NSW Hanyu Bridge Chinese Proficiency Competition. An article with Victoria’s photo was published on the official website of the Education Office, Consulate-General of The People’s Republic of China in Sydney. In August, Victoria will represent New South Wales to compete against winners and runners up from other states in the national round of this competition, with the winner of this then representing Australia against the rest of the world.
