NSW/ACT/Qld Interschools Update

On Tuesday 21 April there will be a formal announcement of either the guaranteed hosting or the cancellation of the July school holiday Interschools events and Sydney Interschools event at Perisher. I will contact the Snowsports community by email as soon as I hear this news.

Registration

Please continue to register your children for races so that preparations can continue.

Race Week

Race Week is from 9-18 July at Thredbo. Bookings are still open but it’s best not to pay anything until 21 April. Existing payments will be refunded if events are cancelled.

FOSS Events

Friends of Snowsports (FOSS) regrets that The Icebreaker event at the Balmoral Beach Club on Thursday 30 April was cancelled by the venue.

The Second Hand Ski and Snowboard Equipment Sale on the Senior Campus on Sunday 3 May has to be postponed until June or further notice.

Dryland Training

This is a good opportunity to check out the Dryland Training exercise program now available on the Secondary Sports iLearn page under Snowsports and get fit and stay healthy whilst remote learning.
