Year 7

This Week

Yr 7 has had a very eventful Week 5.  Students have completed their second round of vaccinations and announced their four student-led fundraisers for Assistance Dogs Australia. A group of students have met every other Friday to plan these fundraisers and the marketing for them. Students introduced them on Tuesday in the Prefect Assembly to the student body.

Assistance Dogs Australia Fundraisers

Yr 7 Coin Challenge – The Tutor Group with the longest line of coins won a morning tea.  Congratulations to Roseby Red for winning the challenge and contributing to the $350 donation to Assistance Dogs Australia.

Bake Sale – Thank you to all those students and families who have contributed to this bake sale and the amazing team of students running this fundraiser.

Silly Sunglasses Day – Week 6 Friday, students are invited to wear silly sunglasses to school for a gold coin donation.

Pet Photo Competition – Running through Weeks 5 and 6, students are submitting the cutest, funniest and most unique photo of their pet through iLearn for a gold coin donation. Winners will be chosen by the students and announced Friday Week 6.

Again, all funds collected support training a dog through Assistance Dogs Australia.  Thank you to all the incredible and creative Yr 7 students who have led these fundraising efforts.
