Register your interest in joining the Redlands team. You will need to complete the registration process, nearly all the way to payment, before you can select to join the Redlands team.
Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal

Redlands students in Yr 11 will again be helping the Salvation Army with their annual door knock in our local community on Sunday 27 May. We need approximately 100 Yr 11 students to sign up for this activity. Students will gather at school on the morning of the door knock and then after knocking all of the residences in their allocated area, they will return to school to lodge the donations and have a well earned BBQ sausage sizzle.
Taldumande Gala Ball Performers
Taldumande is a locally based youth crisis refuge that we have been working with to develop our understanding of youth homelessness. On Friday night this week, a small group of Redlands musicians will be performing at the Taldumande Gala Ball. Our musicians will be welcoming guests as they arrive to the event with some classical and jazz pieces. Additionally, the opening act for the evening will be an a cappella performance from our Jazz Choir. These students are generously giving up some of their Friday evening to help make this important fundraising event a success for Taldumande.
Smith Family Student2Student Reading

A training Session for Smith Family Student2Student Reading mentors was held this week. This is a much needed service offered to disadvantaged children across NSW. Redlands buddies are partnered with a young reader needing support and they meet virtually, twice a week for a short reading session. There are still opportunities for Redlands students in Yrs 9 – 11 to sign up to participate in this very valuable program. Past participants have discovered how rewarding it can be to help another.
Redlands Junior School Maths Club and Reading and Homework Club
Clubs are about to get underway. Both of these mentoring groups run throughout Terms 2 and 3 and involve Secondary students supporting a Junior School buddy every week on Wednesday afternoons. There are still places available for Secondary students in Yrs 9 – 11 to participate in the Reading and Homework Help Club.
