Return to School – Uniforms

It seems the weather has cooled down just in time for our return to school in Winter uniform. Some girls’ skirt lengths need to be adjusted as they have grown over the last two terms. Tutors have made a note and will be in touch with families if uniforms need to be attended to. Please ensure that any items or adjustments are made by Week 2.   

Arnhem Land Trip

We’ve heard amazing feedback from the Yr 10s who attended the Arnhem Land trip and look forward to hearing more about their stay in our upcoming Year Assembly.

Term 3 Pastoral Care Program

On Monday, our Tutors met with Yr 10 students to look over their Approach to Learning grades from both their teachers, and themselves, and set new academic and personal goals for Term 2. For the first few weeks of Tutor Time, our focus will be on Careers and Study Skills. The Yr 10 Half Yearly Examinations commence on Friday 18 May and a letter will be sent to parents with the Examination Timetable and all arrangements for students travelling to and from school. On Friday 25 May, following the examinations, Yr 10 students will participate in an Industry Day Excursion visiting several high profile corporate workplaces to learn more about the skills required in a working environment. Mrs Simone Salier, our Careers Advisor, will be sending a letter directly to parents with full details of the event shortly.
