Congratulations
Last weekend, George Murphy was the winner of the Junior Moguls Series in Perisher (the biggest Junior Mogul comp in Australia – aged 8-19 years old). Other results were: Day 1 singles: Under 20 Girls – Julia Murphy 13th; Under 20 Boys – George Murphy 3rd; Harrison Fung 14th; Day 2 Duals: Under 20 Boys – George Murphy 1st, Harrison Fung 9th. Big congratulations to George.
Congratulations to Sienna Wessels and Tylor Wessels who competed in the Snowboard Futures Boarder X event at Mt Hotham. Sienna placed 1st and 3rd while Tylor was 37 in the FIS ranking.
NSW Interschools Snowsports Championships
Teams are entered for all competitors who qualified for State Championships in Perisher from 20-25 August. The Redlands bus departs on Sunday 18 August at 3.00pm from Allister St, Cremorne and accommodation is available at Alpine Resort Motel. Training is at Thredbo from Monday 19 – Saturday 24 August.
Transport back to Sydney on Friday 23 August for sport or study reasons will leave immediately after event presentations.
Annual Presentation
The Friends of Snowsports invite all Snowsports families and competitors to the Annual Presentation on Friday 27 September from 6.00-8.30pm at the Cammeray Golf Club.
