Foundation
A very warm welcome to all Redlands families for Term 3. I hope you had a wonderful holiday and you managed to spend precious time with your families and friends.
Thank You For Your Support
Thank you sincerely to those members of the Redlands community who have joined us in our efforts to raise funds for the means-tested Scholarship, Building and Library Funds. All these initiatives not only benefit current students but students in generations to come.
This year’s objective is to raise enough funds to start another means-tested scholarship. With your support we are currently at 32% of this target.
There has been a terrific progress made on the New Learning Hub over the holidays. For an update, please see the Principal’s section of Note Day.
Students are Leading the Way – Yr 12 Legacy Gift
To welcome in the new term, Yr 12 students participated in the Beard Growing / Crazy Hair competition. Mr Sean Cochran and boys grew their facial hair over the three week break, whilst girls came to school with crazy hair. Thank you to all students who participated and donated towards this initiative. Over $440 was raised, a great kick-start to the 2019 Legacy Gift contribution towards the means tested Scholarship Fund.
The next Legacy Gift fundraising event is the Yr 7 Movie Night on Friday 16 August. More information to come!
