Year 11

Battle of the Bands 

Eight Yr 11 musicians – Alice McDonald, Ilann Labouze, Philip Li, Ben Piro, Siddant Saha, Jack Paine, Mason Pynt and Joh Sawa – competed in the Battle of Bands in two categories: Unplugged Years 10-12 and Rock Bands Years 10-12, showcasing their musicianship, stylistic vocals and showmanship. All students dedicated many hours to rehearsals which paid off in the high quality performances on the day. Photos can be found here.

Outside the Hall, there was an equally exhilarating atmosphere in the Liggins Quad. Led by Ms Coleman and Mr Walker, Yr 11 Cambodian Service trip participants organised a Bake Sale, a sausage sizzle and the selling of raffle tickets. I would like to thank all parents for their generous donations to the raffle prizes. The night was a true testimony to Redlands positive school spirit and strong community.

22nd Redlands Parents’ Art Prize and Cocktails

Thursday 10 May, 6.30pm, National Art School
All parents are invited to view and experience the exceptional artwork by Australia’s most renowned contemporary artists exhibited at the Redlands Konica Minolta Art Prize, while enjoying cocktails with other Redlands parents. Drinks and canapés will be served during the evening and return transport is available to book as parking is limited around the venue. For more information and video, please visit our website.
